Pre-order and Delivery Policy

Pre-Order Items

Some Doodle Pixel products, including selected Doodle Gym items, may be available for pre-order.

Pre-order items are products that are not yet ready for immediate shipment. Your order helps us plan our production quantities and reduce unnecessary stock and waste.

Estimated Production & Delivery

The estimated production or shipping timeframe will be stated on each pre-order product page.

Please note that the dates provided are estimates only. As pre-order items are specially produced in batches, unexpected manufacturing, quality-control or shipping delays may occasionally occur.

If there is a significant delay, we will update affected customers by email.

Orders Containing Ready Stock & Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both ready-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.

If you would like your ready-stock items to be shipped separately, please place them in a separate order.

Changes & Cancellations

Please check your size, colour, design and shipping details carefully before placing a pre-order.

Once the pre-order period has closed and production has started, we may not be able to accept changes or cancellations.

Shipping

Once your pre-order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where applicable.

The usual delivery timeframe begins after your order has been dispatched, not from the date the pre-order was placed.

By placing a pre-order with Doodle Pixel, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated waiting period stated on the product page.
